In a mixing bowl add flour, corn flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt properly. Shift the ingredients twice
In a blender jar add sugar and strawberries and make a smooth puree
In another bowl add oil, curd, sugar and 1/2cup of strawberry puree and blend. Sugar should dissolve in the liquid
Now add dry ingredients and 1/2 cup strawberry puree and mix without lumps.
Preheat the oven for 10mins
Grease a baking pan and line it with butter paper
Now pour the batter in the pan
Now bake the cake in 180 degree Celsius for 20 to 25 mins.. or up yo tooth pick comes out clean.
Remove it to a wire rack and allow to cool down
Serve it with starwberry sauce and ice cream
